What you can expect

Introduction and management of a company-wide PLM system
Building and leading a new team to support the PLM system
Leading and coordinating projects for the roll-out of the PLM system
Developing an introduction strategy in a complex development environment
Ensuring the successful implementation and integration of the PLM system into existing business processes
Collaborating with various departments and international teams to ensure smooth system introduction
Developing and conducting training sessions for employees on using the PLM system
Monitoring and continuously improving system performance and usage
Integration and strategic development of the PLM software partner

What you bring to the table

Completed studies in engineering, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a technical or development-related environment
Extensive experience in product development
Proven experience as project leader, preferably for the introduction of enterprise systems
Experience in international cooperation and leading international projects is an asset
Fluent English language skills in writing and speaking; additional languages are an asset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
