YOUR TASKS
- You are the central point of contact for the team that manages PAYBACK partner committees within the PAYBACK association and work closely with your department head and the committee assistant
- You are responsible for the entire committee management in both content and organization, which includes scheduling and organizing meetings, as well as creating presentation materials and ensuring their quality
- You advise internal departments on the content development of strategic recommendations and collaborate with our management and executive team for this purpose
- Additionally, you ensure that information and decision-making processes are formally adhered to and are responsible for documenting decisions and providing information
- You also independently take on various project topics
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed university degree and ideally several years of experience in project management or coordinating complex topics
- A diverse and varied range of tasks motivates you: your structured approach and strong service orientation help you achieve goals. Additionally, you are creative and find solutions to challenging tasks
- You possess excellent organizational skills, including self-organization, time management, and a sense of responsibility, and you combine a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality with great attention to detail
- As an empathetic and communicative individual, you embody customer and service orientation, bringing a good dose of humor and assertiveness (in both German and English)
- Creating professional and audience-appropriate Power Point presentations for various target groups comes easily to you, and for you, Excel means not just numbers but also formulas and functions
