Your future challenges:

• People Admin: You will take on the responsibility for our HR management (Germany, Canada, and Israel) with heart and commitment, working alongside a team of three to ensure our employees feel well cared for in a holistic manner.
• People Support: You will be a partner for our team, providing a positive and supportive work atmosphere with your open ear and creative ideas.
• Recruiting: You will help us find talented individuals who perfectly fit our team and ensure that the hiring process is a positive experience for everyone involved.
• Employer Branding: With your commitment and passion, you will actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand and communicating our values both internally and externally.
• Further Education: You will plan and implement individualized training and development measures to inspire our team and foster collective growth.

Your Skills:

• Experience: Your passion for HR work (at least 3 years) is reflected in your extensive experience. You want to utilize this enthusiasm to further strengthen the People, Culture & Workplace team.
• Digital Native: You use modern HR tools with ease and enjoyment to optimize our workflows and make the most of digitalization.
