Your responsibilities

• Support with planning and registration for onboarding training for new employees
• Adapt the onboarding training, especially for French-speaking colleagues
• Answer questions and guide colleagues through the training search process
• Support with data cleansing and adapting the learning management platform
• Revise the intranet page as well as presentations and documents for People & Organizational Development
• Support with the roll-out of a new format for employee appraisals
• Support the skills-based structuring of the Learning Management Platform's offerings for various target groups
• Support in the day-to-day planning and organization of face-to-face and digital training and other development measures
  
  

Your profile

• are an enrolled student, ideally in education or social sciences, i.e. psychology or business studies.
• are very experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• are interested in digital learning and online learning opportunities.
• have knowledge of personnel and organizational development.
• are a communicative, cooperative personality and enjoy working in a team.
• have organizational skills, work independently and have a high sense of responsibility.
• bring a sense of humor and reliability to the workplace.
• have a very good command of English, as our team is multicultural and Welthungerhilfe works in almost 40 countries. A good knowledge of German and/or French is desirable but not mandatory.
