Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder Recht
• Mindestens 5 Jahre HR-Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie/einem Fertigungsunternehmen wäre von Vorteil
• Fundierte Kenntnisse des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes, Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften
• Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts, Grundkenntnisse im Tarifrecht von Vorteil,
• Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsgeschick
• Projektmanagement-Grundkenntnisse und erste praktische Erfahrungen
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
• Sehr gute MS Office 365-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Workday wären von Vorteil
• Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on HR management or law
• At least 5 years of HR professional experience
• Experience in the automotive industry/ a manufacturing company would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the Works Constitution Act, experience in working with works councils and with trade unions
• Good knowledge of German labor law, basic knowledge of collective bargaining law would be an advantage
• Ability to cooperate and deal with conflicts as well as communication skills
• Basic knowledge of project management and initial practical experience
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 365, knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
