A job that inspires

• As a social sustainability and human rights manager you will become part of the newly founded Center of Expertise (Co E) for Human Rights within E.ON's sustainability department
  
• You will be responsible for conducting the risk analysis for E.ON's own operations in the context of the German Supply Chain Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz/Lk SG)
  
• Based on this, you will prepare and continuously update E.ON's risk inventory and develop improvement plans and drive forward the implementation of measures, incl. the effectiveness review
  
• You will be responsible for group-wide communication for human rights topics, e.g. by preparing presentations for different committees, writing and publishing Connect & website articles, and updating trainings
  
• In addition, you will play an active role in driving the engagement with different stakeholder groups on sustainability topics
  

A convincing background

• Passion to drive sustainability
  
• Above-average university degree and first professional experience
  
• Demonstrable affinity with and initial knowledge of human rights issues in the energy industry and in global supply chains, willingness to improve your knowledge with support of your fellow Co E colleagues
  
• Familiar with topics related to data analysis
  
• Embracing work in an international working environment; preferably prior work experience abroad and intercultural competence
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-working, communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to understand and assimilate complex topics quickly and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
  
• Fluent business German and English language is a must.
