Your Role:
As Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. Your goal? To make Doktor.De the #1 healthcare provider in Germany, delivering cutting-edge digital and physical healthcare solutions.
Here’s how you’ll make that happen:
- Lead Expansion: Proactively grow our nationwide physical practice network through strategic M&A transactions.
- Shape the Future: Develop and integrate new digital services that enhance patient care and bring added value to our entire healthcare network.
- Drive Excellence: Continuously improve our practices, ensuring top-tier medical services at every location.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Leadership: At least 8 years of experience in outpatient healthcare (ambulantes Gesundheitswesen), with a strong ability to communicate effectively with physicians and practice owners in German.
- Strategic Vision: Expertise in M&A, financial management, and a knack for turning innovative ideas into impactful solutions.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A track record of “leading by example” with a passion for digital services that enhance business outcomes.
