In the past two years, Neo Taste has undergone tremendous growth in terms of geographical expansion, user base and company headcount. Most of the Marketing Team has been hired only this year with the main priority to grow key demand channels (social media, paid marketing, CRM).

Now that we have collected so much data, it’s time to translate the learnings and insights into actionable, data-driven plans.

Your mission

As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organising and analysing large data sets to help the broader Marketing Team to identify trends, opportunities and make more data-driven decisions. You will provide insights on growth and optimisation opportunities to generate higher user conversion, maximize the ROI, unlock new opportunities and therefore accelerate Neo Taste’s growth and revenue.

Partnering closely with stakeholders in the Marketing Team, you are going to support the following company goals and KPIs:

• Enhanced marketing efficiency: Extract meaningful insights and trends from raw data and presenting them clearly and concisely, streamlining processes and optimising budget allocation (ROI, ROAS)
• Improve customer activation & retention: Refine targeting strategies and improve loyalty (DAUs, retention rate)
• Drive user growth: Help identify higher-value segments and optimize conversion rates (revenue, UAC, MAC, ROI, ROAS)
• Digital transformation: Implement more efficient strategies and data-driven approaches.

Your profile

• In addition to your 2-3 years of proven experience in data analysis (in particular marketing data) in a fast-growing startup or tech company, you have a Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, management, economics or similar
• You have a good proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, build dashboards and present your insights
• You bring technical expertise with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Power BI, or Salesforce
• You have an understanding of and interest in marketing concepts, like marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and optimization, and generally a passion for the space
• You are a problem-solver with strong communication skills and an ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders not only in the Marketing Team but also the wider business
