Marketing Specialist

Working within a high-performing EMEA Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Manage the marketing strategy across intermediary channels
- Driving local content development and executing marketing programs aimed at increasing brand awareness
- Partner with regional EMEA teams, including specialists in PR, Digital Marketing, and Events
- Contribute to the growth of the firm’s presence in Germany and Austria through marketing to institutional and intermediary clients
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans
- Analyse performance data and optimise marketing tactics
- Ensure marketing material is compliant with local regulations and legal standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in marketing within B2B marketing (ideally asset management, but any other related industries such as financial services, insurance, banking, legal sector will be considered)
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Proven ability to meet tight campaign deadlines
- Deep understanding of wholesale investment strategies is essential
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
