Who We Are:
International Babysitters - Tripsitta Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic babysitters and holiday nannies to join our brand-new Berlin team !
We’ve been delivering top-quality, multilingual childcare across Europe since 2016, starting in Florence and growing into cities like London, Milan, and Barcelona. Now, we’re thrilled to grow our team in Germany!
In 2021, we launched Tripsitta , a unique platform where sitters create their own profiles, manage their availability, and get directly requested by families for exciting holiday nanny and babysitting roles!
Who We're Looking For:
Do you love working with kids and creating fun, engaging activities? We want YOU if:

• You're based in Berlin with at least 3 years of childcare experience.
• You're bubbly, kind, and reliable.
• You handle unexpected situations like a pro and bring creativity to playtime!
• You can communicate well with families and teammates.
• You speak English confidently.

What’s In It For You?
-Competitive Pay: Starting at €15 per hour for one child for babysitting jobs, with extra for each additional kids (e.g., 19€/hour for three children).
-Holiday Nanny Roles: Starting at €100 per day (maximum 8 hours of work a day) for one child, with extra for each additional children. (e.g., 110€/day for three children)
-Perks: We cover travel expenses, meals, and accommodation for holiday jobs.

What You’ll Need:

• More than 3 years of childcare experience (official or unofficial).
• A recent criminal record certificate (issued within the last 18 months).
• 3 childcare-related references.
• Basic IT skills to manage your profile on our platform.
• Good English communication skills.
