Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations and Product Manager to drive our operations and product strategy in Germany. Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and scale operational processes, with a focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience and fostering product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Control end-to-end operational workflows, driving client program development and delivery from start to finish.
• Product Leadership: Define and execute product strategy, focusing on innovation to enhance customer experience and secure our position as the industry leader.
• Team Development: Lead and inspire teams to achieve objectives and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Strategic Planning: Design operational strategies, create roadmaps aligned with our business plan, and manage costs for optimal workforce efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive operational efficiencies through technology, process improvements, and cross-department collaboration.
• Stakeholder Influence: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Used car remarketing experience
• Commercially and financially astute, with passion for innovation and a proactive approach to driving product excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in leading teams with excellent team member leadership.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term goals.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment with changing and multiple priorities.
• Experience in designing, leading and implementing Operational Change programmes to drive continuous improvement
• Experience of planning, budgeting, and executing complex operational and/or product strategies involving multiple departments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Ability to negotiate and influence others
• Fluent in German and English
