HQ Pack is actively seeking a dynamic individual to lead our newly established service center in Germany. As the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our service center in Germany.
Your role will be diverse and incredibly fulfilling, encompassing the following activities:

• Leading the design of our new facility, carefully planning layouts, and coordinating the installation of equipment.
• Establishing and leading a team of professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
• Coordinating all operational aspects, from overseeing renovations to managing logistics with a hands-on approach.
• Acting as the voice of our customers and ensuring their needs are not only met but consistently exceeded.
• Proudly representing HQ Pack and embodying our values and mission at every opportunity.

About HQ Pack:
HQ Pack is one of the world's leading companies in high-tech packaging, primarily for the semiconductor industry. We cover the entire packaging lifecycle, from design and production to reuse, including the storage and distribution of packaging worldwide. Our headquarters and main production facilities are located in Eindhoven, Netherlands. To provide local support and services, we have a plant in Johor, Malaysia, a plant in Singapore, a plant in Taiwan, three plants in the USA, and soon a new location in Germany. HQ Pack's service centers offer a unique concept where high-quality packaging is collected, cleaned, and repaired for reuse by our customers.
Who You Are:

• Fluent in German and English
• 2-4 years of leadership experience, ideally in a hands-on operational environment
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficient in technical skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (university of applied sciences)
• Above all, embody a can-do attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
