Your responsibilities:

As our Pega UX Functional Analyst, you will:

• Lead UX research: Drive the research, design, and implementation of Pega applications based on Pega’s design system.
• Configuration review: Analyze Pega application configuration from a UX best practices perspective.
• Experience design: Leverage the Pega design system to create exceptional user experiences.
• Mock-Ups: Develop mock-ups for Pega application components to enhance visibility and facilitate decision-making.
• User feedback: Gather constant feedback from users and stakeholders, integrating insights into solutions.
