As the Functional IT BP Manager, you will ensure that all our business initiatives align seamlessly with overarching IT and business strategies. Your expertise will be vital in guiding our digital transformation journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for performance improvement through innovative technology and enhanced business processes.

Project Leadership: Collaborate with business units managers to define clear outcomes, project scope, and compelling business cases. Your insights will shape our strategic initiatives!

Drive agility, design thinking andchange

Governance and Compliance: Ensure all implementations adhere to company policies, local legal requirements, and cultural nuances while applying robust governance processes.

Delivery Coordination: Work closely with digital teams to transform approved projects into actionable plans, overseeing their successful delivery.

Progress Monitoring: Keep a pulse on project progression during the delivery phase, collaborating with deployment and IT teams to ensure seamless execution.

Additional Projects: Embrace new challenges as assigned, contributing to our dynamic and evolving landscape.
