What you will do

• Control of demands (project-related KPIs), time schedules & information flows
• Definition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to Industrialization
• Definition, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs relevant to Verification
• Responsible for data analysis
• Support the creation of a TI strategy presentation
• Support of special projects (e.g. general data analysis)
• Contributing to problem-solving initiatives & root cause analysis on process or product
• Contributing to interdisciplinary optimization projects in the area of R&D
• Management of small projects in your area of responsibility
• Support for process definitions and process management in TI

The skills you bring

• Completed (commercial or technical) university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering alternatively apprenticeship with further training as a technician
• Strong experience in process management or change management
• Solid understanding of SAP & Process management
• Strong method competence
• Structured and results-oriented way of working
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Excellent written and spoken English
