• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Expert Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Twitter Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Google and Linked In advertising and analytic platforms (required)
• Proficiency in using social media advertising tools.
• Strong understanding of funnel-based performance marketing practices.
• Growth mindset with a bias toward action
