As a Product Marketing Manager for our Zendesk Marketplace Apps, you will drive the product development and market positioning of our apps.

Your mission is to develop innovative, market-leading apps that meet the specific needs of our customers. You will be responsible for the strategic placement of our products in the Zendesk Marketplace and for creating go-to-market strategies to ensure maximum visibility and utilization of our apps.

YOUR TALENT

• Experience in product management within the Saa S B2B sector
• Strong marketing expertise and experience in developing campaigns for technical products
• Technical knowledge of API integrations and experience with Zendesk
• Analytical skills to effectively utilize market data and user feedback
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams (development, marketing, sales)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scaling, ensuring maximum output with minimal effort

HAVE AN IMPACT

• You take strategic responsibilities for our apps in the Zendesk Marketplace – from the conception of new features to the optimization of existing functions.
• You identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors to position and improve our apps accordingly.
• You develop impactful strategies that position our apps optimally in the marketplace and increase their visibility.
• You oversee the entire lifecycle of the apps – from product development to launch and continuous improvement.
• You work closely with our development team to ensure that our apps meet Zendesk's technical requirements and function smoothly.
• You maintain customer relationships and use their feedback to guide future product developments and improve customer retention.
