We’re looking for a hands-on and passionate Production Associate (f/m/x) to support our operations team in setting up the production of our delicious, non-animal dairy products. In this role, you’ll drive growth strategies, optimize processes, and build strong relationships with our contract manufacturers.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding of co-manufacturers & ensure timely delivery of new products
• Foster collaboration among internal departments & align with external production
• Implement policies and SOPs to drive standardization and efficiency across sites
• Ensure high-quality production at all co-manufacturers with rigorous standards
• Develop & implement production planning cycles aligned with sales (S&OP)
• Closely collaborate with product team to improve our product taste & performance
• Create operational practices fostering sustainable and safe practices

Qualifikation

• Willingness to travel to co-manufacturers (50% of working time) mostly in Germany and Europe
• Established experience in a manufacturing organization with production expertise within the food industry (dairy is a plus!)
• Proficient understanding of manufacturing costs and ability to identify improvements including energy efficiency improvement and waste reduction of food
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of success
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills
• Fluent in English and good level in German (minimum B2), Polish a strong plus
