About this opportunity
We are looking for a team player, with knowledge of continuous improvement tools, a high level of organization, the ability to change existing ways of working and a safety mind-set.
Your mission in Crown
- Setting and showing high standards and influencing the behaviours that will drive and support a culture of “Focus on Excellence” across the Plant, in relation to day-to-day activities, as well as through continuous improvement projects;
- Exceeding the Plant’s KPI targets with a particular focus on safety, product quality, line efficiency spoilage, raw material usages
- Ensuring effective communication at all levels, providing up-to-date information and feedback to all relevant parties.
About you
The successful candidate is preferably an industrial or mechanical engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in structuring and leading teams in production, in a manufacturing environment.
You have a hands-on approach when necessary, combined with an excellent knowledge of high-speed production requirements, problem solving and decision making skills. A good knowledge of Statistical Process Control methodology, Lean Six-Sigma certification will be a plus.
You are an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally. You have excellent verbal and writing skills in German and English – knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
