A dynamic, US based multi-national company has an immediate opportunity for a Loyalty Programs Coordinator (m/w/d) for its German subsidiary to provide services for its European market. The position reports directly to our Loyalty Programs Manager Europe based in Spai

Aufgaben

You will join an international sales team, to manage client’s projects for customized Zippo products, with close collaboration with Zippo’s headquarter in the USA, as well as the European teams (marketing, logistics, finance, procurement, and R&D)

• You will be the Go-to-Person in the Department for the project execution in time and shape, managing and coordinating the Logistics as well as ensuring the execution special requirements for Logistics documents preparation
• You will be supporting your Manager preparing quotes, price lists, internal presentations and new projects proposals
• You will be contacted by clients to provide status of their orders. You will provide excellent Customer Service while you use your problem-solving skills to ensure the right project development
• You will be in contact with suppliers for the preparation of special requirements from clients (briefing designers on new artworks requests, briefing logistics on special labelling or packaging needs from clients, etc)
• Communication with you has to be fluent, proactive and results oriented
• You will need to be a team player, with your diplomacy and people skills
• You will need to be organized, methodic, structured and with teamwork methodology

Qualifikation

• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, finance and/or sales
• Attention to detail and strong Project Management skills
• Customer centered, keeping the client at the core of everything you do
• Proactive mindset with bias for action
• Ability and willingness to learn fast
• Ability to handle projects and tasks at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of additional European languages would be considered as an advantage (special focus in French and German)
• Photoshop or Illustration would be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (with focus on Power Point and Excel)
• Based in Düsseldorf
