Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of IDC/computer room servers and network equipment, such as batch loading and unloading, installation, reconfiguration, disassembly, etc.;
• Responsible for project planning, communication and coordination, personnel management and process management of wiring delivery and other projects;
• Assist the project manager to deal with large-scale equipment delivery and server rack delivery, resource coordination and communication;
• Analyze project data, prepare project documents and daily reports, monitor project implementation, and ensure project timeliness;
• Provide after-sales technical support for delivery business, including but not limited to technical exchanges, installation and implementation, product operation and maintenance monitoring, etc.

Requirements:

• Computer engineering background and related majors are preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Familiar with technical details such as installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IDC/computer room servers and network equipment is preferred;
• An accountable team player with with proactive and strong learning ability;
• Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills in Chinese and English/German.

岗位职责：
1、负责IDC/机房服务器、网络设备的运行维护，如批量上下架、安装、改配、拆解等工作；
2、负责布线交付等项目的项目规划、沟通协调、人员管理及项目过程管理；
3、协助项目经理处理大批量设备交付，机柜交付的核心工作，资源协调及沟通工作；
4、分析项目数据，编写项目文档、日报，监控项目执行情况，保证项目时效；
5、提供交付业务售后技术支持，包括但不限于技术交流、安装实施、产品运维监控等。
任职要求：
1、理工科背景，计算机及相关专业优先，欢迎应届生投递；
2、熟悉IDC/机房服务器、网络设备的安装、维护、故障排除等技术细节者优先；
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和高度责任心；
4、积极主动，学习能力强；
5、中文母语，且德语或英语流利。
