Overview:
Project Manager ERP (BC / NAV) Food and Beverage m/w/d

Location: Oberhausen / Köln / Hamburg

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (ERP) to help realize our ambitions and mission together with our team. Our international team of project managers is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and management of multiple projects.
In this role, you will be (co-)responsible for:
  • Planning and progress of multiple projects (during implementations) and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying customer needs and translating them into concrete solutions. You will also determine and define the project scope and objectives, which can be both short- and long-term. The project duration ranges from 50 to 250 days.
  • Collaborating with the internal team, including PS Consultants and Developers.
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Providing consistent updates on strategy, advice, and project progress to the client, acting as the 'go-to person.'
As our new Project Manager, you have:

  • At least 3 years of ERP Project Management experience. Experience in BC / NAV is desirable but not required. Ideally, you have worked in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong communication skills. You will visit our clients in person and be able to build good relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects (around 4-5 projects) simultaneously.
  • Experience working with sales KPIs.
  • A willingness to learn but also be a self-starter in this role. We will provide you with all the support, training, tools, and knowledge you need.
  • Certification in project management, such as Prince2, PMP, IPMA, or PMBOK.
Work Location

Remote, but we would consider these areas preferably: Oberhausen / Köln / Hamburg. This role involves travel (approximately 2 days per week) within the Germany to our clients during the initiation and implementation of the project.
