Join our team as a Project Manager, where you'll drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and collaborate with teams from various countries to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality service delivery. This is what your typical day looks like:

Project Management and Coordination: Responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and project objectives
Analysis and Optimization: Conducting market and competitor analyses, as well as evaluating service KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Interface Management and Support for European Units: Coordinating and communicating with European subsidiaries and organizing trade shows and networking events
Management Support: Preparing decision-making materials and feasibility studies for management, along with evaluating and implementing a CRM system

What are you bringing?

Education: A successfully completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Analytics or a similar qualification. Alternatively, a completed vocational training with relevant advanced certifications
Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally within international projects
Language Skills: Business fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
IT Skills: Proficiency in common office applications, with an openness to learning new software solutions and CRM tools
Personality: An open and enthusiastic personality with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in digital solutions
