Summary

What You Will Do

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Manages van requirements to include production, integration, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Communicates van project status to 435th Air and Groung Operations Wing (AGOW) and 435th Communications Operations Group (COG).
• Ensures the production and delivery of a wide array of contract deliverables including weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Interact regularly with HII operating group leads, functional managers, technical staff, and customers.
• Supports TDL Lead in collecting, reviewing, editing subordinate employee weekly activities' reports (WAR) compilation and including in the program WAR. Then, consolidating that WAR into the Program Monthly Status Report.
• Supports employee travel requirements when requested to travel by the customer. Includes travel authorization requests, expense authorizations (and training), post travel actions and all-things travel consistent with GSA requirements.
• Interacts with Program support office function personnel to achieve travel, logistical, personnel, and other functions as required in order to manage project employees and support to the customer.
• Interfaces with HII support functions such as Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources as needed in order to support Project employees.
• Manage project costs, schedule, and performance for a diverse set of tasks being performed by staff from multiple technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Performs tasks and requirements as needed by the Project Manager/TDL Lead.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 1 year experience with Ph D or Juris Doctorate in related field; applicants with 10+ total years in Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology security fields will also be considered.
• The ability to think, operate, and execute autonomously or as part of a small team.
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) from German authorities.
• Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI.

• Prior work history involving USG or Do D customers and programs.
• A willingness to continue learning and improving, sometimes in the context of assuming new responsibilities or duties.
