Bay Wa r.e. Operation Services Gmb H offers comprehensive operation and maintenance services for wind and solar power plants and charging infrastructure worldwide. Our on-site technicians ensure the smooth operation of our systems. Our customers include investment companies, banks, international investment companies and community-based energy cooperatives.

About the role

Bay Wa r.e. Operation Services Gmb H manages wind farms and solar parks throughout Europe. For many years, we have been optimizing solar park performance through technical analyses, with the help of modern operations management software and with the support of our 24/7 control center. Our technical solar park management team looks after international solar parks in across Europe.

To support our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Photovoltaics International (m/f/d) for our offices in Munich or Bendorf, or Germany-wide with immediate effect.

What you will do

Primary contact for our national and international clients
Project Management of solar plants, both nationwide and abroad
Monitoring, supervision and management of O&M services in compliance with regulations
Management of incidents and evaluation of performance
Conducting inspections, monitoring and reporting on plant performance
Solving specific technical issues related to solar plants, performance improvements

What you’ll need to succeed

You have a technical university degree or equivalent job training/experience
Ideally, you have experience in the management of photovoltaics or wind projects
You are proficient in English, and either Polish or Dutch
You have good MS-Office skills
You show a high degree of initiative, you are well organized, have an open-minded personality and possess strong communication skills
You are willing to undertake occasional business travels
