Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset. Your main responsibility will be to lead our international team in the implementation of strategic business development projects to expand our global market presence. You will work closely with the CEO and our teams in Frankfurt and Montréal.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop a business case as well as the go-to-market strategy for the successful launch of our content verification solutions into the global FMCG market
• Act as the Project Lead for our cross-functional international team, overseeing the rollout of go-to-market strategies for FMCG and other potential market launches
• Function as an interface between the CEO, product management, sales & marketing, strategic partners and customers
• Identify reference customers, strategic business partners and coordinate partner enablement activities to enhance market presence and foster business growth
• Analyze and evaluate research results on further product and market potentials, industry trends and innovations, with focus on North America, Europe and Asia and transform them into viable business cases
• Lead strategic initiatives and manage business development and innovation projects in close cooperation with the CEO.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, strategic management, product management or consulting
• Proven project management skills and expertise in leading cross-functional and international projects
• Industry knowledge in FMCG or other regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, etc. is a plus
• Deep understanding of B2B and Software as a Service (Saa S) is desirable
• Strong communication and integrative competencies
• Empathy to lead multiple stakeholders through organizational changes
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Passion for working in a small but internationally operating company with interdisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel periodically, including international trips to Europe and North America
• Fluent in English, strong German skills are a plus.
