Take the Lead: Craft and Shape Our Proposal Strategy as a Proposal Manager Join us as a Proposal Manager and lead a pivotal role in the Sales phase to ensure the closing of our opportunities and have a significant impact to our business. This position uniquely integrates commercial insight with cutting-edge technology. - You are responsible for the overall opportunity management and lead the proposal process by driving the opportunity team.
- You plan and coordinate opportunity schedules, liaising with diverse stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver competitive proposals.
- You challenge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, comprehensive proposals for our customers.
- You oversee risk management and process quality, ensuring precise Sales Project Calculations.
- You maintain structured documentation in accordance with Swisslog's standards.
- You have the chance to contribute to the development of configurators.
- Proven project management experience, ideally in intralogistics.
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project.
- Strong customer focus with strategic thinking.
- Excellent collaboration skills in team settings.
- University degree in business management or Engineering.
- Successful track record in managing sales projects.
- Competitive and goal-oriented.
- Thrive in collaborative environments, embracing shared goals.
