Join RABOT Charge as a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality assurance of all our products. ou will design and execute functional and non-functional tests, identify and report defects, and collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders. You will define and improve the testing standards, methodologies and best practices.

Your Impact

• Develop, enhance, and execute manual and automated functional tests, covering the full stack of the application.
• Bug reporting documenting and report defects, issues, and observations with clear and concise details.
• Conduct non-functional tests, including performance, scalability, and security assessments, to maintain high standards.
• Champion quality assurance within the team by taking ownership of the testing process and prioritizing quality as a core deliverable.
• Collaborate with team members to refine and estimate user stories, plan sprints, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

What can you bring

• Experience in testing i OS and Android mobile applications on a wide range of devices
• Experience in testing web pages
• Experience creating and executing manual tests
• Experience in API testing
• Experience with any of the popular test management tools
• Experience with Jira for test management and defect tracking, competence with using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in working in Agile projects with continuous integrations and continuous deployment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in non-functional testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and German as a big plus.
