Job Responsibilities
- Business market expansion: Strengthen the research on national markets and customer groups, and continuously explore business opportunities, resources, resellers, etc. through the maintenance of national exhibitions and platform relationships. Improve the sales capabilities of resellers, direct customers, freight forwarders and other channels, expand regional resources, respond quickly, and expand and strengthen the national market;
- Operation quality assurance: Coordinate the management of agents/suppliers in the local country, quickly improve the operational efficiency and quality of the import final leg of the China-Europe flow by optimizing operational process resources, clarifying operational procedures and specifications, effectively guiding supervision and management, and providing airside support, etc. Promote the end-to-end capability enhancement of the China-Europe flow operation;
- Local Relationship Maintenance and Resource Acquisition: Understand relevant regulations, policies, procedural rules of related institutions, and the distribution of relevant resources in the country under jurisdiction. Establish solid external relationships locally and develop resource acquisition capabilities to ensure healthy business operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in logistics, marketing, management, economics or related fields, overseas study background is preferred;
- Have 5 years or more experience in the express logistics supply chain industry or management experience;
- Familiar with the cross-border logistics supply chain industry, independently led projects related to product development, market promotion, and operational support for overseas logistics supply chains;
- Preference will be given to candidates with local identity, work visas, or those with local resources in European countries;
- Possess excellent communication skills, business negotiation abilities, team management and stress resistance capabilities. Work conscientiously with strong execution and a sense of responsibility;
- Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages, and it is necessary to be proficient in the local languages.
