The Stronger Together Café on Clay Kaserne provides quality food services that support the warfighter with flexible, efficient, and cost-effective service.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to complete 4 hours of Basic Food Handlers Training as specified per Tri Service Food Code TB Med 530 as well as additional training as required

Language Requirement
Speak and write English at a language proficiency equal to Level 2.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Service diners at a designated flow rate to ensure freshly prepared, quality food is always provided
• Serve meals and maintain self-service items, ice, and beverages during designated meal serving periods
• Ensure self-service items are provided and available to diners
• Follow correct serving size guidelines and use the correct utensils
• Set up and break down serving lines for each meal shift
• Keep serving lines properly replenished and clean during serving periods
• Was all fresh fruits & vegetables prior to preparation or servings
• Maintain appropriate food temperatures at all times
• Provide sandwich service on request
• Assist with maintaining all sanitation and cleaning standards for the entire restaurant
