Job Description
What will your day as a Service Engineer within Movu Robotics looks like? Challenge is already guaranteed! Below is an overview of your duties in our organization.

• You will be responsible for testing, maintaining and repairing the various shuttle systems at various customer sites across Germany
• You are not afraid of projects abroad. You work mainly in Germany but are open to travel abroad for certain periods and projects. You also need to be willing to travel across Germany during the week and be away from home for a whole week if necessary
• You will supervise assembly teams in large repair or installations of mobile racks
• You support our end users and our integrators with mechanical support as well as with L1 and L2 support, both on site, by telephone and via remote connection
• Commissions and provides customer training for automated systems and racking systems
• Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of work in place

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent through experience
• You are based in Germany and you are fluent in the German and English language
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams
• You are sociable, eager to learn and driven with a strong customer mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings
• Customer-friendliness is a second nature to you
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
• Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, robotics and mechanics
