Summary
Responsible for the development and growth of the existing customer base as well as the dynamic development of new markets and accounts in Central Europe/Worldwide. Identifying, developing, and managing the sales process from demand creation to closing of the business opportunity.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a virtual team for one of the world's leading industrial customers
  • Create new business opportunities for Allegro products in the industrial market to support growth with emphasis on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your customer base
  • Identify specific new programs and evolving market trends and the associated technical requirements in close cooperation with the FAE (Field Application Engineer) and the relevant business units.
  • Manage the practical organization of the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and negotiate contracts and prices in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
  • Work closely with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Develop and generate executive summary monthly reports and provide on time. Ad hoc reporting will also be required.
  • Provide timely feedback from the market including changes and trends.
Skills, Knowledge, and Attitudes
  • Ability to communicate with management.
  • Proven track record of demand creation and sales in the industrial environment.
  • Excellent understanding of industrial business environment and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong skills in communication across business units and departments.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial quality requirements.
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestic and international.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
  • License Requirements: valid driving license for cars in Germany
