Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant & Personal Assistant who can provide exceptional support to our CEO while driving sales efforts in Germany. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a passion for the tech industry. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various business activities while also working on expanding our client base and driving sales in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Drive sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Hamburg.
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and other networking opportunities.
• Manage projects, coordinate with different teams, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital innovation, or tech industries is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
