Missions:
Your main mission will be to manage commercial relations and negotiations with specialist "key account" customers in Germany, develop our sales and distribution channels, and achieve the sales and margin targets set in the budget.
Working closely with the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and pricing policy on the German Territory within our future customers and sales force.
You will participate in the definition and implementation of "Vision" projects, linked to the company's development.
You will supervise a team consisting of a Sales territory manager, and a network of sales agent, with the support of the International Sales Manager. You will be able to work closely with all department director; marketing, logistic, production, etc.., located in Franc.
You will report to the International Sales Manager.
Profil required :
● You will have in-depth knowledge of the specialist distribution channels (garden centers, DIY stores, home appliances and specialist barbecue shop) and successful experience of negotiating with Key Account customers.
● You are able to define and implement a sales, pricing and margin policy in relation to our markets.
● You are familiar with the regulations in force to manage our contracts with distributors.
● You are a charismatic and consensual manager who will be able to integrate, convince and train in an SME with strong and anchored human values.
● You are able to bring us and implement a Vision to make the company evolve and contribute to its development.
● You are customer satisfaction-oriented, autonomous, adaptable and have a good sense of diplomacy.
● You subscribe to the idea of the "Liberated Enterprise" and enjoy working as part of a team.
● You are rigorous and have good writing skills.
Prerequisites:
● Ideally, you have a Master Degree, Business School profile.
● Experience of developing companies and strong brands.
● Fluency in German and English is essential, a good level of French is a plus.
● Good command of IT tools (Excel, ERP, internet tools).
● Geographic: the position is based in the German territory.

Process :
● step 1: A 30-minute telephone pre-qualification interview with the Sales International Manager
● Step 2: An initial in-company interview with the International Sales Manager and HR director
● Step 3: A final interview with the CFO and President
