Your role within the Team:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Executive for Fitness Market to join our dynamic startup. You will play a crucial role in establishing our innovative Seroton Hubs in the fitness market. Our Hubs offer fitness studios and their members a unique, multisensory relaxation experience to strengthen their own mental wellbeing after workout sessions. Working directly with our co-founders, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape our young and dynamic startup and grow with us without boundaries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Active Acquisition: Reach out directly to fitness studios and boutique gyms, presenting our Hubs.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing deals.
- Demonstration & Consultation: Organize and conduct product demos on-site to showcase the benefits for operators and members.
- Networking: Build and expand a network within the fitness market. Attend trade fairs and industry events to identify potential leads.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Develop customized solutions for different types of fitness studios and negotiate contracts.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to drive sales success and incorporate customer feedback.
- Market Observation: Monitor fitness market trends and adjust strategies
- Sales interest or experience, preferably in the fitness industry or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: Ability to engage with studio operators and clearly convey our value proposition.
- Self-driven and highly motivated: You take ownership and are proactive in achieving your sales goals.
- Passion for fitness and relaxation: Understanding of members' needs for holistic recovery and wellness.
- Willingness to travel: Flexibility to present our solutions throughout South Germany.
- Fluent in German and English is a plus
