Monolithic Power Systems

Sales Manager

This person will be responsible to develop MPS business in the Be Ne Lux region ( Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg ) and work closely with the MPS Sales / FAE to engage with local key customers by using the well established contacts.


It is the goal to develop and grow MPS business in the region by supporting high potential customers in automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
Suitable candidate has a sales and technical background with established connections to the major automotive accounts in Poland.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position is desired.


Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to MPS EU revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and account penetration programs with MPS Sales / FAE
  • Develop and execute sales strategy by using the regional distribution channels
  • Ensure coordination of business matters with the Company
  • Willing to travel in dedicated region


Qualifications:
  • Oral /written proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
