Role and responsibilities: Those of a salesperson, among them:
1. Sales Development
- Identifying and contacting potential customers (Germany and areas of influence such as Austria and Switzerland).
- Negotiate and close sales with new and existing customers.
- Meeting the sales targets set by the company.
2. Brand Promotion
- Organize and participate in marketing events, product launches, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
- Represent the brand in meetings with customers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and point-of-sale presentations.
3. Customer Service
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales service.
- Handle returns, complaints, and any product-related problems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the service and products offered.
4. Inventory and Distribution Management
- Supervise the inventory of products in shops and points of sale, ensuring that there is sufficient stock.
- Coordinate the logistics and distribution of products to customers and points of sale.
- Ensure that products are presented correctly according to brand standards.
5. Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand the trends and preferences of consumers in Germany.
- Monitor competition and new trends in the high-end perfume industry.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and brand position in the market.
