Sales Manager - Region Germany (m/w/d)

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Germany region. If you're looking to further develop your career internally and seek a varied and challenging new professional experience, this position might be perfect for you. We are flexible with the contract location and can accommodate either on-site in Switzerland or remote work from Germany.
Key accountabilities
  • ​Selling chemistry services to bring in and close new orders
  • Account management and continued development of existing clients
  • Acquisition of new client accounts
  • Liaison with project management and scientific staff within business units
  • ​Translate market & territory surveys into business plans
  • Contribute to development of market segment strategies to match the growing portfolio of businesses within the division
  • ​Development of strategy with clients and business units aimed at improving overall business process
  • ​Management of sales budget
Your Profile
  • ​Degree (BA or BSc) in a life science discipline, preferably chemistry or chemical engineering
  • ​At least 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life science sectors
  • Experience of sales in a highly competitive environment
  • ​Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team
  • ​Fluent in German and English
