Our Team in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf is looking for a motivated Manager Sales Order Processing - Germany (m/f/d).
The Sales Order Processing team based in Meerbusch and Serbia is working closely with the inside sales teams to ensure 100% compliance for orders and invoicing. With their coordination skills, our colleagues ensure smooth order entry all the way to delivery and legally compliant shipment of the products. For our dedicated and experienced team, we are looking for a process-oriented and strong implementation manager.

Your job with us:

• Management of an international team in order processing
  

• Ensuring high quality work in the order processing team from order to invoicing
  

• Supervision of monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with the Finance department
  

• Credit protection of orders
  

• Customs processing and preparation of export declarations in compliance with currently applicable laws and regulations
  

• Consulting and support of internal departments in international goods traffic
  

• Regular team development on VAT regulations and other related topics
  

• Strong focus on process digitalization
  
  

Qualifications:

• commercial Apprenticeship or bachelor degree in business administration with preferably additional qualification in customs, export control
  

• several years of professional experience in order processing in a medium-sized, internationally producing company
  

• good knowledge in the area of international goods traffic / logistics and export processing / export
  

• accounting knowledge
  

• first experience as a manager of a small team, possibly also in a deputy role
  

• enjoy optimizing processes and actively initiating changes in workflows
  

• experience with digitalization of processes and workflows
  

• confident handling of ERP systems in the area of merchandise management (e.g. NAV)
  

• Structured and careful work style with high quality standards
  

• Fluent German and English language skills
