Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Düsseldorf area. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and attending meetings, and driving sales growth in the safetywear and safety footwear market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our range of safetywear and footwear products.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively closing deals and expanding the client base.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to the management team.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safetywear, safety footwear, or PPE industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Düsseldorf area.
