- Further development of existing, plant-specific software systems in warehouse management
- Contact for customers in the event of complex software incidents or for advice on software enhancements
- Implementation of change requests with a focus on Java EE / Jakarta EE
- Ensuring the availability and performance of the systems
- In coordination with the team, participation in a rotating on-call model
- Developing concepts for software deployment while maintaining system availability
- Carrying out software tests and commissioning at the customer's site
- Analysing past malfunctions and deriving measures in the team to increase customer satisfaction
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science / information processing or comparable training
- Programming experience in object-oriented languages, ideally in Java
- Experience in the use of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Flexibility for assignments outside normal working hours and willingness to travel
- Experience in dealing with on-call activities (separate remuneration, rotating in a team) and intralogistics systems is an advantage
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- You have a customer-oriented and analytical way of working and are enthusiastic about finding solutions to incidents and thus contributing to high customer satisfaction
- A quick grasp of things rounds off your profile
