Responsibilities

Make an impact

Further development of existing, plant-specific software systems in warehouse management
Contact for customers in the event of complex software incidents or for advice on software enhancements
Implementation of change requests with a focus on Java EE / Jakarta EE
Ensuring the availability and performance of the systems
In coordination with the team, participation in a rotating on-call model
Developing concepts for software deployment while maintaining system availability
Carrying out software tests and commissioning at the customer's site
Analysing past malfunctions and deriving measures in the team to increase customer satisfaction

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science / information processing or comparable training
Programming experience in object-oriented languages, ideally in Java
Experience in the use of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
Flexibility for assignments outside normal working hours and willingness to travel
Experience in dealing with on-call activities (separate remuneration, rotating in a team) and intralogistics systems is an advantage
Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
You have a customer-oriented and analytical way of working and are enthusiastic about finding solutions to incidents and thus contributing to high customer satisfaction
A quick grasp of things rounds off your profile
