YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide analytical tools and knowledge to address the successful discovery and development of crop protection products in cross-disciplinary teams
- Provide the right analytical answers to all related partners, esp. metabolite identification, residue quantification, water solubility, photostability assessment, hydrolysis
- Proactively expand and develop especially the MS-capabilities according to the future needs
- Consult among partners and connect among experts on technical expertise in the field of mass spectrometry
- Ensure quality and efficiency for the generation of analytical results and regulatory documents
- Responsibility for safety of operators and equipment including investment planning
WHO YOU ARE
- Chemist, biologist, biochemist, pharmacist (Ph D-level) with broad experience in analytical chemistry with a strong focus on mass spectroscopy and preferably Phys-Chem-analytics
- Experience in GLP or GMP (preferably submission of part II-related analytical topics) as well as other quality systems
- Peer leadership skills, mindset of ownership and accountability
- Strong communication and team skills
- Strong focus on impact and collaboration
- Digital savviness
- Fluent in English, German preferred
