YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide analytical tools and knowledge to address the successful discovery and development of crop protection products in cross-disciplinary teams
• Provide the right analytical answers to all related partners, esp. metabolite identification, residue quantification, water solubility, photostability assessment, hydrolysis
• Proactively expand and develop especially the MS-capabilities according to the future needs
• Consult among partners and connect among experts on technical expertise in the field of mass spectrometry
• Ensure quality and efficiency for the generation of analytical results and regulatory documents
• Responsibility for safety of operators and equipment including investment planning

WHO YOU ARE

• Chemist, biologist, biochemist, pharmacist (Ph D-level) with broad experience in analytical chemistry with a strong focus on mass spectroscopy and preferably Phys-Chem-analytics
• Experience in GLP or GMP (preferably submission of part II-related analytical topics) as well as other quality systems
• Peer leadership skills, mindset of ownership and accountability
• Strong communication and team skills
• Strong focus on impact and collaboration
• Digital savviness
• Fluent in English, German preferred
