About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.

You are part of the Account Management Team in DACH, responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of key accounts, building the relationship with the clients and focusing on creating the strategy for the growing of existing Clients’ business with the help of Adform platform and products. Make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company. Drive new business opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell activities.

You should have a passion for marketing, technology and specifically Ad Tech and be driven by building, developing & managing consultative client engagements in Germany with strategic clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients, overseeing relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services
  • Deliver account revenue growth by engaging existing clients about Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their business challenges, goals and objectives
  • Create and own the account plan, targets and goals, develop sales velocity to meet the targets, manage customer service levels and profitability;
  • Proactively monitors customer behavior and campaign results, reaches out to the client to offer optimizations
  • Monitors customer experience and satisfaction results and collaborates closely with Global Customer Support teams to coordinate communication and client care
  • Handle objections, escalations and account revenue challenges, manages possible solution deployment risks
  • Show thought leadership and keep up to date with recent market and industry trends in local market, attend industry events with clients
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives, work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best platform experience.

  • Extensive experience in media or a related industry, ideally with programmatic experience
  • Thinking strategically and achieving long term goals for the assigned accounts
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
  • Solid background and fluent understanding of the Programmatic market and industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups. Execute in an intense and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
