Senior Account Manager Tax Services Relief at Source (all genders) at Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Initiating and processing cash and securities bookings on internal and external accounts

Answering on external client requests

Supporting colleagues and other teams in case of support required (e.g. in case of backlogs, counseling)

Ensuring the regular reporting to clients

Management and Reconciliation of accounts (e.g. Book, Nostro, Pivot and Suspense-Accounts)

Be closely involved and take initiative in the development, testing and implementation of procedural and technical enhancements (e.g. project or special tasks)

Supporting the Business Continuity Planning concept of BP2S by means of participating in tests and highlight missing continuity preparations to management

Work closely together with Relationship Management, Sales and Product team providing expertise and support

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

Bank education, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or any equivalent education

Good knowledge within the securities services business, especially in the area of Tax services for institutional clients and investors, operational set-ups of BP2S clients, BP2S and external systems

Sound knowledge of PC Applications (standard software Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Ability to ensure the precision, accuracy and thoroughness of the information manipulated or delivered

Client focused attitude

Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility

Fluency in English is required (C1 level). Fluency in German is desired, but not mandatory
