We are looking for support for the sale of equity products and cross-client support for banks and institutional investors in other European countries.

Your tasks

  • Challenging: As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the sale of all equity products and for the comprehensive support of your clients. Your particular focus will be on the marketing of equity market transactions such as IPOs, capital increases, placements and the organization of roadshows for corporate clients.
  • Networked: You will work closely with the ECM and Research teams.
  • Strategic: You are motivated to expand existing client relationships and acquire new clients through a wide range of exchanges on all channels. You use creative strategies to increase market penetration within your customer portfolio.
  • Active: Based on your monitoring of the stock market, you identify market trends and provide insights to drive client business.


Your profile

  • Qualified: You have extensive and long-standing experience in the marketing of equity transactions such as IPOs, capital increases and placements. Additional experience in the marketing and placement of convertible bonds and in the automation of IT processes, in particular through the use of scripting languages and automation tools, is desirable.
  • Experienced: You have several years of experience in the sale of equity products and proven experience in conducting analyst and management roadshows as well as equity conferences with corporate clients, including at top management level. You have good customer contacts, especially in other European countries.
  • Competent: You have your own track record in placements and have solid experience with investor targeting, IPO processes, market soundings and wallcrossing. Based on your expertise and experience, you are able to provide assessments on the placeability of equity transactions.
  • Team-oriented: Among other things, you are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility and enjoy working in a team .
  • Dynamic: You have a high level of commitment, are flexible and enjoy taking on new challenges. Selective acquisition of new institutional equity investors and building ongoing business relationships are a matter of course for you.
  • International: Excellent written and spoken English skills round off your profile. Other language skills are an advantage.
