• Advise HR leaders and HR managers on talent development initiatives.
• Design and implement data-driven talent programs utilizing modern IT tools and AI-based solutions.
• Analyze talent data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions for talent retention and development.
• Collaborate with HR IT and HR Analytics to enhance existing talent management processes, increasing their efficiency and impact.
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing and digitizing talent management processes in line with organizational goals.

Show your expertise

• Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in talent management or a similar role, ideally in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong interest and experience in using AI-powered HR solutions and data-driven analytics tools.
• Ability to lead and execute global HR projects with a high level of initiative and drive.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make things happen effectively with global stakeholders.
