• Act as a trusted advisor to the GBU President, driving financial and operational performance through expert insights, strategic planning, and board-level representation.
• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework, monitor performance against targets, and initiate corrective actions to support business goals.
• Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights to senior management.
• Oversee cost management, process improvements, and compliance, leveraging technology to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (required); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of Finance & Controlling experience in EPC or project-centric multinational businesses.
• Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, SAP ERP, and transfer pricing.
• Proven leadership in medium to large companies within a Finance role.
• Strong English communication skills; German is an asset.
