Job Description
As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of advanced electrical components and systems for EV Charging solutions, as well as embedded hardware and software for Internet of Things (Io T) and Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS). You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that our products meet both technical and regulatory standards, driving innovation in the smart energy and EV charging sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Component Specification: Develop and specify new electrical components for EV chargers and Io T/HEMS applications.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure feature integration and product quality while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Io T and Hardware Design: Design electronic devices, such as antennas, wiring, and circuit boards, with a focus on Io T and smart home solutions.
- Communication Technologies: Implement communication protocols including 4G, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, Zig Bee, and Matter over Thread for Io T devices.
- Embedded Systems Development: Contribute to embedded hardware and software projects to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical support across departments, including software and product teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Renewable Energies, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in product development, hardware design, or application engineering, ideally in the EV charging or Io T sectors.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as 4G, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, Zig Bee, and Matter over Thread.
