Du berichtest direkt an den Senior Director Global Human Resources Operations.
In der Position als Senior HR-Generalist – Employment Law Specialist (M/W/D) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Betreuung von derzeit ca. 100 Mitarbeitern in Berlin und anderen Standorten in Deutschland. Als Senior HR Generalist bist Du für den reibungslosen Ablauf der täglichen Personalarbeit entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus unterstützt und berätst Du als erster Ansprechpartner für arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtliche Fragestellungen die Kollegen im HR-Bereich. Du entwickelst und verfeinerst kontinuierlich HR-Richtlinien und stellst die HR-Compliance sicher.
Aufgaben
  • Beratung und aktive Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in allen personalwirtschaftlichen Fragen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekt funktionierenden Schnittstelle zur Payroll entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und personellen Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung betrieblicher, tarifvertraglicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Erstellen, Anpassen und Verhandeln von Betriebsvereinbarungen und Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Sparringspartner für den HR-Bereich in Deutschland mit fundierter Expertise in sämtlichen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Teilnahme an globalen HR-Projekten mit anschließender Implementierung
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit juristischem Schwerpunkt, z.B. Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL oder Personalmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • 5-8- Jahre Erfahrung als HR Generalist in einem tarifgebundenen, mitbestimmten und möglichst international ausgerichteten Unternehmen mit den gängigen HR-Prozessen
  • Langjährige und umfassende Erfahrung im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht sowie Expertise im deutschen Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsgesetz und Tarifverträgen (idealerweise IG Metall)
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Umgang mit Menschen und eigenständigem Gestalten
  • Eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation
  • Hohe Digitalkompetenz, insbesondere in MS Office und HRIS (idealerweise Workday)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior HR Generalist - Employment Law Specialist (M/F/D) to join our Human Resources team in Berlin, Munich or Meiningen. You will report directly to the Senior Director Global Human Resources Operations.
In the position of Senior HR Generalist - Employment Law Specialist (M/F/D) you will be responsible for the support of currently approx. 100 employees in Berlin and other locations in Germany. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day HR work throughout the entire employee life cycle. In addition, as the first point of contact for labour and works constitution law issues, you will support and advise colleagues in the HR department. You will continuously develop and refine HR guidelines and ensure HR compliance.
Principle duties and essential functions
  • Advising and actively supporting managers and employees in all HR-related matters
  • Ensuring a correctly functioning interface with Payroll throughout the employee life cycle
  • Independent processing of labour and works constitution law issues and personnel measures, taking into account company, collective agreement and legal requirements
  • Drafting, adapting and negotiating company agreements and procedural instructions
  • Sparring partner for the HR department in Germany with in-depth expertise in all labour law issues
  • Participation in global HR projects with subsequent implementation
Knowledge, skills and experience required
  • Successfully completed studies with a legal focus, e.g. business law, business administration or HR management with a focus on labour law or a comparable course of study
  • 5-8 years of experience as an HR generalist in a collectively agreed, co-determined and preferably internationally oriented company with the usual HR processes
  • Many years of extensive experience in individual and collective labour law as well as expertise in German labour and works constitution law and collective agreements (ideally IG Metall)
  • Enjoy teamwork, dealing with people and independent organisation
  • An open-minded and communicative personality
  • Structured and meticulous way of working and strong self-organisation skills
  • High digital competence, especially in MS Office and HRIS (ideally Workday)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
