What You'll Do:

• Manage and support the internal ICT infrastructure, including endpoint deployment and centralized logging.
  
• Provide technical support to employees across various branches, both on-site and remotely.
  
• Lead IT projects like planning and installing new servers and network infrastructures.
  
• Ensure smooth IT service management, including service requests, incident management, and problem-solving.
  
• Optimize and automate IT processes, constantly striving for improvement.
  
• Handle IT procurement and manage the inventory of hardware, software, and other ICT-related assets.
  
• Support IT security by assisting with technical incident responses.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in administration and support of MS Windows-based client-server landscapes.
  
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware and software support, installation and maintenance of endpoints, and network infrastructure administration.
  
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
  
• A degree in an IT-related field.
  
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
